Call me crazy but I think it is time people know how much their mortgage is costing them, that is why I created this free mortgage software with no strings attached. View and print amortization tables, do what if calculation etc. Use it for other loans also, like car loans and personal loans. I do not believe in debt consolidation. Why am I telling you this? Because debt consolidation to eliminate debt keeps you in debt longer, and it is only a band aid on the situation. Feel free to use this mortgage calculator software how ever you want.
